Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Management, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including integration errors, configuration problems, and user-reported incidents
  • Assist in system configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements or new features
  • Support user training and onboarding for SAP Ariba functionalities.

System Configuration & Maintenance

  • Configure templates, fields, approval workflow, and user groups in SAP Ariba based on business requirements.
  • Assist in integration setup and testing between SAP Ariba and S/4HANA, including PO, invoice, and supplier data flows

Project and Operational Support

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to support BAU operations and project rollouts
  • Participate in design workshops and requirement gathering sessions for configuration and enhancement planning
  • Document support cases, resolutions, and system changes for auditand knowledge base purposes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules and procurementprocesses.
  • Experience in system analysis, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Familiarity with integration points between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple support tickets and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus.
