Systems Analyst

**This is for Project Based Employment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participates in the development of application enhancements by collaborating with other technical resources and understanding conceptual design and applying it to business objectives and requirements.
• Prepares Comprehensive Technical Requirements documentation for developers (UI layout, Table designs, Process flow diagrams, Data Dictionary, report layout)
• Performs Systems Integration Testing and Data validations on completed enhancements or new modules completed.
• Prepares approximate estimates for development efforts associated with application enhancements.
• Contributes to the review of technical design for application enhancements by collaborating with stakeholders as needed to ensure application development meets architecture guidelines and standards.
• Serves as a technical resource by providing consultation during creation of test cases and answering business and technical inquiries.
• Responds to service desk escalations and develop resolutions to ensure quality level of service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• With 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of basic application development standard procedures, concepts and principles
• Basic knowledge of design, development and application of technology for enhancement purposes
• Working knowledge of technical documentation
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and relevant milestones

Preferred Competencies/Skills

• Basic SQL
• Analytical Thinker
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of the application of the different SDLC methodologies in system development
• Knowledge in relational databases (RDMS)
• Knowledge in project management
• Knowledge in database and security
• Knowledge in change management
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• JAVA, Oracle Development environment
• RDBMS
