Role Snapshot

• Shift: Shifting Schedule
• Work Setup: Onsite, Ortigas
• Salary: Up to PHP 110,000 (based on qualifications and relevant experience)

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 1 year in technical support.
• Proven experience in server systems support and maintenance, preferably across Windows and SQLServer environments
• Hands-on experience in server deployment, system installation, and infrastructure configuration
• Practical knowledge of hardware maintenance and upgrades, system transitions, and software issue resolution

Your Daily Tasks

• Support the reliability, performance, and continuity of IT systems and infrastructure
• Provide technical assistance and resolve system-related concerns
• Oversee server environments and related infrastructure requirements
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and infrastructure transitions
• Support database operations and application functionality
• Contribute to system security, maintenance, and recovery readiness
• Identify technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on technical matters
• Support the resolution and escalation of complex technical incidents
• Maintain accurate system documentation and technical records
