A leading IT service and consulting companies in the Philippines is looking for a System Administrator to be part of their esteemed organization in Quezon City.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer backbone servers such as AD, DNS, Exchange, DHCP, virtualization, Windows, and Linux.
- Update user accounts including mailboxes and internet accounts upon approval.
- Monitor and maintain systems daily to ensure high availability and performance.
- Respond promptly to system administration issues and concerns.
- Isolate problems and collaborate with support groups for resolution.
- Assist in file/database recovery from workstations or servers with hardware/OS issues.
- Set up and configure workstations with OS, M365, MS Office, Outlook, browsers, and company software.
- Prepare and submit reports (weekly, monthly, or ad‑hoc) to management.
- Conduct troubleshooting across systems and workstations.
- Support interconnectivity projects through administration and technical assistance.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in backbone servers like Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), Microsoft Exchange Server, Domain Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Server Virtualization, Windows Servers and Linux Servers
- Knowledge in Windows Operating System, Windows Server 2016, 2019 or 2022. IIS configuration for web application deployments.
- A graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT related course
