The Qualifications We Seek
- 3-5 years of enterprise systems administration experience (Level 2/3 support) - non-negotiable
- Strong Azure cloud background (required) including virtualization, networking, storage, and identity services
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365 administration and security controls
- Intune / Endpoint Manager (device compliance, policies, patching)
- Apple device management (macOS/iOS) - required
- Experience supporting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Google Workspace - required
- Experience managing identity and access (SSO, MFA, conditional access)
- Working knowledge and practical application of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST)
- Strong experience across Windows environments, with working knowledge of macOS and Linux
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting
- Experience with ITSM tools (Freshservice or similar)

- AWS exposure or certifications

- Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, finance, etc.)
Your Daily Tasks
Tier 1 End-User Support (Frontline)
- Act as the first point of contact via Slack, phone, or support portal to triage incidents and service requests
- Resolve common issues involving user accounts, MFA, email, conferencing tools, and devices while meeting SLA targets
- Manage the Freshservice Tier 1 queue including classification, ticket updates, and escalations to Tier 2/3 with proper diagnostics
- Provide remote support using screen-sharing and MDM tools
- Deliver white-glove technical assistance for executives and mission-critical meetings
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles to encourage self-service and standardized fixes
Systems & Cloud Administration (Azure-first)
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Azure virtualization services including VMs, scale sets, storage, and networking
- Manage cost governance and infrastructure scalability within Azure environments
- Operate Google Workspace environments during and after migrations
- Coordinate AWS resources alongside engineering teams
- Manage identity and access management including SSO, MFA, conditional access, and least privilege controls
Device & Application Management
- Lead Apple device management through Intune (Endpoint Manager) or Jamf
- Implement device baselines, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and patch management
- Package and deploy applications across macOS, iOS, and Windows endpoints
End-User & Collaboration Stack Support (Tier 2/3)
- Provide advanced support for collaboration platforms including Slack, Zoom, Zoom Contact Center, Notion, and internal applications
- Ensure reliable meeting and conferencing systems across locations
ITSM, Assets & Procurement
- Implement and manage Freshservice workflows for incidents, service requests, and change management
- Maintain asset inventories and coordinate hardware procurement
- Deliver reporting on SLA metrics and IT service performance
Networking & Office Infrastructure
- Configure and troubleshoot networking infrastructure including VPNs and connectivity issues
- Support new corporate office buildouts and infrastructure upgrades
Security, Compliance & AI Familiarity
- Apply practical security controls such as patching, system hardening, logging, backups, and encryption
- Support SOC 2, HIPAA, and NIST AI RMF compliance activities
- Collaborate with security teams on awareness training, audit evidence collection, and monitoring
- Demonstrate responsible use of AI tools including proper data handling and risk awareness in regulated environments
Project Execution & Automation
- Support major system migrations such as Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 transitions
- Improve collaboration stack performance and ITSM processes
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and Bash scripts
- Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to align infrastructure practices and internal application support
