The System Visual Designer to create engaging in-product guidance, onboarding experiences, and help content that empower users to maximize our products. Working closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Researchers, you'll transform complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain help articles, tooltips, guided tours, onboarding flows, and user assistance content.
• Create clear, concise guidance that improves product adoption and user success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed support throughout the user journey.
• Use user feedback, analytics, and research insights to continuously improve content and onboarding experiences.
• Ensure content meets accessibility, usability, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Help System Design, UX Writing, Technical Writing, Content Design, or similar roles. [
• Familiarity with Pendo or similar digital adoption platforms.
• Experience creating onboarding experiences, user guides, walkthroughs, or in-product guidance.  
• Strong UX, content design, information architecture, and communication skills.
• Experience with visual animation is a plus.
