Job Title:System Support Analyst
Location: Ortigas, Pasig, PH
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Hybrid | 3x Onsite, 2x WFH)
Job Summary
The SAP Application Support Analyst provides Level 1 system and application support for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Field Service Management (FSM) platforms. This role works closely with the existing systems team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, user access management, issue resolution for known system problems, and timely escalation of complex issues to the onshore support team.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 application support for SAP FSM, including basic troubleshooting of known issues, version updates, data clearing, and platform-related incidents.
- Provide Level 1 application support for SAP S/4HANA, resolving known issues and escalating unresolved or complex incidents to the onshore systems team.
- Monitor and manage daily SAP S/4HANA error reports, resolving known issues and identifying new ones in a timely manner.
- Perform daily monitoring of the SAP FSM integration cockpit, processing stuck messages and identifying new integration issues.
- Manage onboarding of new users across SAP FSM, SAP S/4HANA, and the Customer Portal, including security role assignment and credential distribution.
- Handle offboarding of users by removing system access, security roles, and coordinating required reporting with the master data team.
- Produce monthly reports and ad hoc data extracts, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to key stakeholders.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as reasonably required to support system operations and business needs.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, in a super user or application support role.
- 2–5 years of experience in Level 1 application or systems support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for known system issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Understanding of service-based business processes such as preventative maintenance, procurement, and billing.
- Exposure to SAP Field Service Management (FSM) environments.
