Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to gather feature requirements, assess the scope, and ensure end-to-end implementation of features.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling feature requests, preparing business review documents, and supporting UAT rollouts.
Able to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the compatibility of new features with the existing environment.
Conducts market research and analysis to continually optimize current services and identify new technical solutions for present and future needs.
Develops detailed plans to track and monitor project progress and performance metrics, and prepares training materials for internal users.
Configures and maintains current product settings and provides support for expansion projects.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Process Engineering, or any related field.
At least 2 years of work experience in the E-Commerce or Internet services industry is an advantage.
Strong background in warehousing experience in a sorting center is preferred.
Effective collaborator, able to work well with various stakeholders.
Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Solid understanding of logistics systems and processes.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented and meticulous.
Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
