Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE

With minimal supervision, job includes business process analysis, user training, user support and issue

resolution, SAP configuration/customization, research and development of appropriate information

technologies, as delineated in the details of the duties and responsibilities.


JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

. Designs, configures, implements and supports in SAP financials (FI) and controlling (CO) modules

in IMG based on business requirements.

. Looks for improvement opportunities in business systems.

. Takes part in testing process in order to discover errors and issues in business processes,

documentation or user's lack of experience.

. Provides advanced technical assistance and maintenance support to departmental end users.

. Provides instruction and training to users and other employees on day-to-day procedures.

. Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment,

and/or systems.

. Cooperates with other members of functional or development team regarding use of integrated

data processing equipment or operations and processes.

. Takes part in implementing SAP Business Warehouse (BW).

.Note: Other duties related to the responsibilities and output of the position but not included in this

document may be assigned by the immediate superior.


WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

. Work is normally performed in a typical office environment.

. No or very limited physical effort required

. No or very limited exposure to physical risk


QUALIFICATIONS

a. EDUCATION REQUIRED -

Graduate of degree in Computer Science, Accounting or any other related course.

b. EXPERIENCE -

. 3-4 years related-work experience in SAP FI and CO modules - General Ledger, Accounts Payable,

Accounts Receivable, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Asset Accounting,

Treasury, Budgeting and Planning and Internal Orders

. 2 years-experience in configuration of SAP FI, CO modules in IMG based on business requirements

. 1-year experience in SAP BPC or any similar financial Budgeting and Planning systems or tools

. 2 years experience in Business Warehousing (BW) Query designer, Report Painter

. 2 years experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, SD and PP.

c. COMPETENCIES:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

. Knowledge of accounting business processes.

. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.

. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.

. Ability to analyze operational requirements and assess data processing technology and capacity

requirements.

. Ability to supervise and train users.

. Ability to determine computer problems and to coordinate software solutions.

. Ability to develop and write systems and applications documentation and guides for users.

. Knowledge in SAP Functionalities (FI/CO, SD, MM, HCM)

. Ability to work independently or within a group.

. Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.

. Strong customer service orientation, problem solving skills, accuracy, and time management.

. Trustworthy.

. Result-oriented.
