Department: Cold Drink Equipment, CDE

Reports to: Head CDE

What You'll Do

Generate reports and provide insights

• Provide tactical analysis and insights.
• Ensure accurate and timeliness of SAP updates.
• Provide designated weekly/monthly/quarterly report to SIMA commercial team.
• Provide designated weekly/monthly/quarterly report to SIMA cold drink team.

Manage Cold Drink assets

• Monitoring and ensuring CAPEX and OPEX spent is within given target.
• Manage and leads CDE assets audit and verification.

Owner of SAP related process to ensure data integrity is maintain

• Ensure accurate and timeliness of updates into Coke's system.
• Ensure data integrity is maintained by ensuring accurate and timeliness of updates into the system.
• Ensure all process within CDE SIMA department are compliance to company's regulation.
• Develop SOP and perform internal audit to ensure compliances within CDE team.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Warehouse or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes.
• Proficiency in modernizing operations using Business Process Management software, ERP/CRM platforms, or AI-driven productivity tools.
• Advanced working knowledge of standard digital productivity suites, such as Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
