Job Description
Location: Singapore
Experience: 3-10+ years
Mobility: Open to qualified candidates currently based in India who are willing to relocate to Singapore; employment and work authorization subject to employer requirements.
Country-specific emphasis: Useful for server/compute, automotive and complex SoC production environments.
Integrate test solutions with handlers, thermal systems and factory automation.
Develop embedded or host-side test software for production execution.
Support board bring-up, firmware debug and system-level failure reproduction.
Define test coverage, limits and screening strategy for production.
Analyze production data, defect trends and escapes to improve test effectiveness.
Correlate SLT results with ATE, bench and customer/system failures.
Improve throughput, stability, uptime and cost of test.
Support new product introduction and transfer to manufacturing sites.
Create work instructions, diagnostics, reports and training material.
3-10+ years of relevant semiconductor test, product, validation, hardware, manufacturing-test or application-engineering experience, depending on level.
Hands-on semiconductor laboratory, ATE and/or production-test experience appropriate to the role.
Strong analytical, debugging and cross-functional problem-solving capability.
English required.
