Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in System Integration or Application Development
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise applications
- Knowledge of Mule ESB, HL7, REST/SOAP services is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup and dayshift schedule
- Available to start ASAP or within 30 days of notice period

Responsibilities:
- The Systems Integration Officer is mainly responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining software systems and applications within the organization.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and system integrations
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions for production applications
- Collaborate with teams to support operational plans and achieve departmental goals
- Ensure adherence to IT standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Research new technologies and recommend improvements
- Coordinate activities across teams and support scheduling and project execution
- Provide updates, reports, and administrative support to management
- Monitor and ensure achievement of KPIs and performance targets
- Act as a technical consultant and provide guidance to team members
- Evaluate system effectiveness and recommend enhancements
- Help develop and enforce policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Document expenses, reports, and project requirements
- Work with system architects on technical specifications and integrations (e.g., APIs, Mule ESB, HL7)
