Could you be the full-time System Integration Manager in Ortigas, Pasig City (Manila, Philippines) we're looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your system engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of Electromechanical (E&M) Subsystems, driving the success of our projects, and delivering impactful solutions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Rolling Stock, Signalling, Telecommunications, and more), manage detailed interface definitions, and oversee the consistency of system interfaces, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of defining and managing interfaces between E&M Subsystems but also coordinate with external contractors and partners to ensure alignment.

We'll look to you for:

  • Defining the System Interface management process, including interface identification and interface register.
  • Developing and maintaining System Interface Control Documents (SICD) by pairs of Subsystems.
  • Ensuring consistency across all interfaces relevant to E&M.
  • Managing detailed interface definitions, such as Software Interface Design Descriptions (SIDD) and cabling consistency.
  • For tramway projects, managing Civil Works (CW) interface engineers and ensuring consistency of interfaces relevant to CW.
  • Preparing and overseeing the integration phase.

All about you

  • Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Field experience and a strong understanding of railway systems, E&M equipment, and Subsystems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Engineering or Technical functions, including 3 years in project-based roles.
  • Expertise in System Engineering.
  • Proficiency in applying Alstom discipline and processes.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster open dialogue and resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
