System Implementor

Job Summary

We are looking for an Implementation & Maintenance Support professional to handle the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of POS (Point-of-Sale) systems for retail and restaurant clients.

This role ensures successful system go-live, provides post-implementation support, and helps maintain stable system operations across store locations.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation (Deployment)

• Perform installation, setup, and configuration of POS systems and peripherals
• Assist in new store openings and system rollouts
• Conduct system testing and validation prior to go-live
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for deployment schedules
• Provide basic user orientation or training during implementation
  

Maintenance & Support

• Provide technical support for POS systems (hardware and software)
• Troubleshoot issues related to:
• POS terminals and applications
• Printers, scanners, and peripherals
• Network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi)
• Handle support tickets, calls, and client concerns
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical team when needed
• Perform preventive maintenance and system checks
• Ensure proper documentation of issues, fixes, and system configurations
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or any related course
• At least 1–3 years experience in technical support or system implementation (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may apply)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
• Windows OS
• Computer hardware and peripherals
• Networking fundamentals (IP, LAN, troubleshooting)
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel for store deployments
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Able to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays when needed)
  

Preferred (Advantage)

• Experience with POS systems (e.g., Retailware POS or similar platforms)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts
• Experience in retail or restaurant operations
