About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Lead Systems & Network Engineer to take ownership of the infrastructure supporting our fast-paced office environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hybrid cloud environments, enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems, and wants to drive operational excellence through automation, scalability, and strong technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Level 3 infrastructure support across cloud platforms, SaaS tools, and internal systems
• Perform deep-dive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment and environment issues
• Design and maintain Azure SSO and Conditional Access policies
• Optimize and manage O365 and SharePoint environments
• Configure and maintain pfSense firewalls, VPN routing, and multi-ISP failover
• Ensure stable wireless and network connectivity across offices
• Build and maintain operational documentation and runbooks
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for issue resolution

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience in medium to enterprise-scale environments
• Strong experience with pfSense, Cisco networking, or enterprise-grade firewalls/switching
• Experience supporting AWS and/or Microsoft Azure environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with Linux environments such as Ubuntu, Rocky Linux, or RHEL
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Experience documenting processes and operational procedures

Good-to-Have

• Experience with EKS, Lambda, IAM, and AWS Billing
• Exposure to teleconferencing systems such as Logitech Rally or Meetup
• Experience working closely with DevOps or development teams
• Automation and process optimization experience
