System Engineer
Job Description
- . Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and on-prem:
- . Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams
- . Windows server OS administration, Active directory administration and migration
- . Microsoft exchange server , SCCM and WSUS
- . Implement and manage Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM):
- . Device compliance policies, configuration profiles, apps deployment
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration
- Proven experience working in a Managed Services / MSP environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with SaaS / email migrations
- Familiar with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 (deployment or support experience preferred)
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android device management
- Good understanding of Entra ID
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
