Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background:

Graduate of College of Engineering, Computer Science, IT courses or Data Analytics.

Work Experience:

  • With at least 2 yrs as programmer/developer
  • With functional experience in: System Development, System Operations, Project Management and Data Analytics. Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong organizational, analytic and decision making skills
  • Excellent Report writing skills and Presentation skills
  • Time-based and customer service oriented
  • Knowledge in Web development, programming using multiple programming language (e.g Java, .NET, C++, Unix, Oracle etc)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs training/walkthrough of clients on the proper use of the developed system, application or tool.
  • Provides valuable inputs and innovative ideas/add-ons on assigned Projects. Project Management
  • Performs Data Gathering and documentation (BRD, FSD, UAT Test scripts, Turn over docs) of assigned projects
  • Regularly updates and reports status of delivered/handled projects and escalates issues for next level handling, if necessary
  • Ensures proper turn-over of developed systems to SDA – Operations and Maintenance team for monitoring. Data Processing and Management
  • Monitors RAFM maintained server utilization and capacity
  • Implements data purging, backup, archiving and Tech Refresh.
  • Finetunes RAFM System databases and ensure completeness and data quality
  • Monitors availability of data sources fed to and from RAFM servers.
  • Fulfills adhoc request from RAFM users related to data processing and extraction. Systems Security and Administration Specialist
  • Implements system security, control, and maintenance procedures
  • Reviews RAFM user access profile and endorse to IT DataTech for correction/implementation
  • Monitors and manages RAFM Internal Systems User access and roles Information System Governance
  • Performs investigation and resolution of alarms occurrences.
  • Monitors SLA compliance on issue resolution and system restoration
  • Escalates unresolved issues to immediate head requiring management intervention
  • Implements remediation on identified issues
  • Monitors compliance of RAFM users on Governance policies.
