We're looking for a System & Process Improvement Officer to help optimize workflows, implement efficient systems, and drive continuous improvement across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Design and implement new systems, frameworks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead training programs to ensure team compliance with approved processes and policies.
- Orient new employees on existing systems, technologies, and organizational processes.
- Monitor process implementation, performance metrics, and compliance across departments.
- Prepare reports and actionable insights to support management decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years experience in methods, systems, or process analysis, preferably in service-oriented or corporate retail environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
