Job Description

Are you passionate about process improvement, systems analysis, and operational excellence

We're looking for a System & Process Improvement Officer to help optimize workflows, implement efficient systems, and drive continuous improvement across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Design and implement new systems, frameworks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead training programs to ensure team compliance with approved processes and policies.
  • Orient new employees on existing systems, technologies, and organizational processes.
  • Monitor process implementation, performance metrics, and compliance across departments.
  • Prepare reports and actionable insights to support management decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years experience in methods, systems, or process analysis, preferably in service-oriented or corporate retail environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

Work Arrangement: Temporary Hybrid Setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH per week)
