Responsibilities Windows server maintenance and active directory administration.
1st point of escalation to network related concerns
Managing email server
Research, test or verify proper functioning of software patches and fixes.
Performs installation of operating systems, network, application, hardware and other company
systems.
troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VoIP and internet access)
implement network change requests
network monitoring (check and address alarms, monitor link utilization)
Monitors system/network operation to detect potential problems and provide possible solutions
collaborate with Helpdesk, Systems and Security teams in addressing user access concerns
daily or weekly update of network utilization
Strong Technical, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and
verbal.
Enthusiastic, organized, and ability to show a sense of urgency and the will do what it takes to

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering,
Computer Science or other related courses
At least 3 years experience in Network/System Administration
At least 3 years related experience in supporting enterprise network and security infrastructure.
At least 2-4 years min. experience in Active Directory, Windows Server Administration, Exchange
server, SharePoint Server.
At least 2-4 years min. experience in Windows Operating Systems.
Preferably Level 2 Systems Admin Experience
Having at least one of this certification is a plus
Nutanix Certified Associate (NCA)
VMware Certified Associate (VCP)
Azure Administration (AZ-10x)
Microsoft Certified Associate
CCNA certification
