Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/system specifications.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvements and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions and stakeholder presentations.
  • Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis and post-implementation activities.
  • Prepare process flows, use cases, documentation and training materials.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst, preferably in Banking or Financial Services.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, system analysis and functional documentation.
  • Good understanding of Credit Origination / Banking processes is highly desirable.
  • Technical knowledge of Unix, SQL, databases and system integration.
  • Exposure to job schedulers, PuTTY, batch/online integration and production support.
