Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements, enhancements, and system integration solutions.
• Work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure proper implementation of system requirements.
• Review and understand application architecture, workflows, and system dependencies.
• Support system integration initiatives involving APIs and API Gateway technologies.
• Analyze database structures, queries, and data flows using MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with development teams on applications built using .NET technologies.
• Participate in cloud-based system integration, deployment, and implementation activities.
• Prepare system documentation, technical specifications, process flows, and other project-related documents.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with the development team.
• Ensure that implemented solutions align with business requirements and technical standards.
