A System Analyst (SA) analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Further, an SA is responsible for maintaining and improving computer systems for an organization and its clients. SA is often required to work outside standard hours to oversee upgrades and fixes, ensuring there is minimal interruption to business as usual.
