Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst within large-scale banking or financial services programs
- Demonstrated expertise in core banking and deposits integrations, including Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) and Time Deposit systems.
- Involved in at least 3 full project lifecycles, from requirements to deployment
- with experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
Role-Specific Requirements:
System Analyst (Integration)
- Involved end-to-end in at least 3 projects, from requirements to deployment.
- Proficient in hands-on system-to-system integrations utilizing APIs, batch/file transfers, and event-driven architectures.
System Analyst (Build)
- Proven experience in supporting the build, implementation, and delivery of core
- Supported SIT, UAT, defect triage, and production readiness activities.
System Analyst (General)
- Proficiency in system integration patterns within dynamic financial services settings
- Insight into both functional and non-functional requirements of enterprise systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle
