Job Description
System administrator skills include deep knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows), networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls), scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Essential soft skills are problem-solving, communication, organization, time management, and working under pressure, while technical areas encompass security best practices, data backup and recovery, and configuration management tools.
Setting up, maintaining, and securing an organization's computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure they are operational and reliable. Key duties include installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts, performing data backups, and implementing security measures. They are also responsible for user support, system performance monitoring, and staying informed about new technologies to optimize IT infrastructure
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Information Technology or any related courses)
At least 3-4 years experience
Good communications skills
Amenable to work in a Hybrid or Full RTO work set up
