You'll be part of a highly collaborative Computer team working alongside Network, Storage, Security, and Application teams to support enterprise-grade infrastructure platforms.
About the Role
As a Senior Computer Consultant, you will lead the administration and lifecycle management of Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI) and Windows/Wintel environments.
You'll act as a technical escalation point, ensuring platform stability while driving architecture-aligned operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI) platforms
- Maintain and support Hyper-V virtualization and clustered computer environments
- Oversee Windows Server environments, including patching and lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot complex computer platform issues and act as escalation point
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell
- Support certificate operations aligned with enterprise PKI standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Storage, Security, Applications)
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise compute/infrastructure administration experience
- 5+ years administering:
- Hypervisor platforms
- Windows Server environments
- 3+ years hands-on experience with:
- Azure Local / Azure Stack HCI
- Clustered computer platforms
- Strong expertise in:
- Azure Stack HCI / Azure Local
- Hyper-V virtualization
- Advanced Windows Server administration skills (troubleshooting, patching, lifecycle)
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and reporting
- Experience with Windows Admin Center
Good-to-Have
- Understanding of computer networking concepts
- Knowledge of storage systems supporting hypervisor platforms
- Exposure to enterprise PKI and certificate operations
