Job Description

We are seeking for a Cvent System Administrator to support and optimize our global learning event ecosystem. In this role, you will manage the Cvent digital platform end-to-endensuring seamless user access, accurate data, secure operations, and consistent global learning delivery.

You will partner closely with Learning Delivery teams to maintain platform standards, improve system usability, troubleshoot issues, and promote best practices that drive adoption and operational excellence across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

  • Administer Cvent platform access: create/modify user accounts, assign roles, and ensure permission accuracy.
  • Configure and maintain event templates, workflows, form libraries, notifications, and global settings.
  • Perform QA in sandbox, validate templates, and coordinate configuration releases to production.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for system issues; troubleshoot and document resolutions.
  • Ensure platform governance, security best practices, and compliance with data management standards.
  • Partner with Analytics teams to validate data quality and support reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain SOPs, governance documents, and knowledge base resources.
  • Provide training, updates, and guidance to global users.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements, including leveraging automation and new Cvent features.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree (Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Experience with the Cvent platform strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing digital platforms, role-based access, and configuration workflows.
  • Familiarity with event management tools, automation technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps), and integrations (API/database).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with global, cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to security.
  • Ability to work across global time zones when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in shared services or technology governance environments.
  • Certifications in project management or IT system administration.
