IT By Design is looking for a Systems Administrator to join our Technology Pillar and Infrastructure Management team in the Philippines!

In this role, you'll take ownership of technical escalations, troubleshoot business-critical infrastructure issues, and support server, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments across multiple customer networks.

What You'll Do:

• Own and resolve technical escalations while meeting customer SLAs.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, virtualization, storage, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage incidents, provide timely updates, and identify root causes.
• Monitor infrastructure health using RMM and monitoring tools.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve recurring infrastructure issues.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016–2022, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
• Experience with VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of Dell/HPE servers and SAN storage technologies.
• Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong networking fundamentals and PowerShell scripting skills.
• Relevant industry certification in Microsoft, VMware, Dell, NetApp, or CompTIA Network+.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work directly with US-based customers.
• MSP experience is a strong advantage.
