Description
Responsible for defining, governing, and improving IT service management (ITSM), communication, scheduling and escalation processes to ensure efficient work force management and service delivery and alignment with business objectives and compliance.
A Typical Day In The Life Includes
- Knowledge of ITIL and build proficiency in use of ITSM and CSM tools e.g., Service Now
- Work force management knowledge
- Define and document ITSM processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, etc.)
- Implement ITIL best practices.
- Create policies, standards and guidelines.
- Track and report KPIs for IT processes and service levels.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation and improvements
- Deliver training and awareness sessions on IT processes to Managed Services
- Drive adoption of IT processes with global delivery teams
- Knowledge Management ownership
Basic Qualifications
- Background in ServiceNow, MS Teams, ITIL certified and Knowledge Management
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), Time management and Team collaboration
