Position Overview
The SVP Sales / VP Marketing will be responsible for driving business growth, revenue generation, market expansion, and brand leadership. This role will lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence, enhance customer engagement, and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and manage high-performing sales teams across multiple channels and territories.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead brand positioning, product marketing, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform business decisions.
- Drive digital marketing, campaign management, and customer engagement programs.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment.
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute business growth strategies.
- Provide market intelligence and industry insights to support decision-making.
- Lead organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial functions.
- Strong experience within the Pharmaceutical or Insurance industry.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and business development.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
