About The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager – Sustainable Product Compliance to lead sustainability and regulatory compliance projects, ensuring Nexperia meets evolving customer, industry, and ESG requirements.

What You Will Do

• Monitor sustainability regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.
• Lead compliance projects related to PPWR, ESPR, Digital Product Passport (DPP), and other sustainability initiatives.
• Translate regulatory requirements into business processes and implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage project timelines and risks.
• Represent Nexperia in industry working groups and sustainability initiatives.
• Support customer requests related to sustainability and product compliance.
  
  

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Experience in sustainability, ESG, product compliance, or regulatory project management.
• Knowledge of circular economy, PPWR, ESPR, DPP, and related sustainability regulations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
