Job Summary

We are looking for aSustainability Managerto lead environmental performance for a large Hyperscale Data Center project here in the Philippines. In this role, you will tackle the unique challenges of , including massive energy demands and heat rejection. You will be responsible for driving our path toNet Zero, managing large-scale water stewardship programs, electrical usage and ensuring our infrastructure meets the highest global efficiency standards during construction phase.

Industry-Specific Responsibilities

• Thermal & Power Efficiency:Partner with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineers to optimizeWUE(Water Usage Effectiveness) metrics during the construction phase
• Waste Disposal:Work with General Contractor and Subcontractor's to achieve 90% waste recyclable initiatives.
• Certifications: Certifications or experience in delivering LEED Gold/Platinum projects,ISO 50001(Energy Management), andISO 14001.
• Community Impact:Manage local environmental permits and noise/heat mitigation concerns for surrounding communities.

Required Technical Qualifications

• Industry Expertise:Deep understanding of data center building concepts and construction techniques.
• Scope 3 Leadership:Experience tracking the embodied carbon of construction materials (concrete, steel) and silicon-based hardware.
• Education:Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Physics preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Meet a 90% recyclable KPI
• Percentage ofrenewable energymatching (hourly or annual). (Construction Phase)
• Water Replenishmenttargets in water-stressed regions.

Zero-waste-to-landfill fore-wasteoperations.
