Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ESG framework, strategies and goals for the organization
- Develop annual and long-term Sustainable Development Goals that are aligned with the company's vision and business direction.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify areas of improvement in the organization's ESG performance
- Conduct ESG assessments and benchmarking to track progress and set targets
- Develop and manage sustainability initiatives, such as improvement in corporate policies, CSR projects, etc.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams to ensure compliance with ESG policies and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and suppliers
- Monitor and report on ESG performance to senior management and stakeholders
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in ESG and sustainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ESG or sustainability management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of relevant ESG frameworks and standards
