Salary: Up to PHP 80,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sustainability Engineering, Building Performance, or Ecologically Sustainable Development (ESD)
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Australian ESD and sustainability projects across commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
  • Solid expertise in Australian sustainability frameworks and certification tools including Green Star, NABERS, WELL, BASIX, and Section J
  • Demonstrated experience preparing ESD reports, compliance documentation, Green Star submissions, and sustainability assessments for Australian projects
  • Proven background in energy modelling, water calculations, thermal comfort analysis, and building performance assessments
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation for sustainability compliance purposes
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on evolving Australian ESD standards and sustainability practices

Your Daily Tasks

  • Support Australian ESD projects through sustainability assessments, technical reporting, and compliance-focused deliverables across Green Star, BASIX, WELL, NABERS, and Section J
  • Prepare certification submissions, sustainability documentation, and energy and water performance calculations within project timelines
  • Perform energy modelling, thermal analysis, and sustainability evaluations to support building compliance and operational efficiency
  • Provide clear, practical sustainability recommendations and respond professionally to stakeholder and project enquiries
  • Work closely with Australian consultants, engineers, and project teams to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Assist in enhancing internal systems, reporting standards, templates, and project delivery processes
  • Stay updated on Australian sustainability practices while maintaining high standards of professionalism, service quality, and technical accuracy
