Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Reporting Specialist
Role Overview
Xerox is seeking a Sustainability & CSR Reporting Specialist to support the company's global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability reporting activities. This role is a core contributor to external disclosures that are reviewed by customers, regulators, investors, and sustainability rating agencies.
The ideal candidate has strong ESG/CSR reporting knowledge, excellent writing skills, and experience working across multiple teams to deliver accurate, highquality disclosures aligned with global frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a core contributor to Xerox's CSR Reporting team
- Coordinate SMEs to develop, review, and validate report content
- Manage CSR reporting processes using Workiva
- Support disclosures for GRI, SASB, UNGC, EcoVadis, and CSRD
- Review corrective action plans and support document validation
- Coordinate EHS&S inputs for CSRrelated Form 10K disclosures
- Partner with HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and EHS teams
- Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements
Scope & Impact
- Supports disclosures used by customers, regulators, investors, and rating agencies
- Impacts sustainability ratings, compliance posture, and RFP responses
- Contributes to business risk and reputation management
Qualifications
- Knowledge of CSR / ESG reporting frameworks and regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using reporting and collaboration tools
- Workiva experience preferred
- Power BI or analytics experience is a plus
