Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Reporting Specialist

Role Overview

Xerox is seeking a Sustainability & CSR Reporting Specialist to support the company's global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability reporting activities. This role is a core contributor to external disclosures that are reviewed by customers, regulators, investors, and sustainability rating agencies.

The ideal candidate has strong ESG/CSR reporting knowledge, excellent writing skills, and experience working across multiple teams to deliver accurate, highquality disclosures aligned with global frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a core contributor to Xerox's CSR Reporting team
  • Coordinate SMEs to develop, review, and validate report content
  • Manage CSR reporting processes using Workiva
  • Support disclosures for GRI, SASB, UNGC, EcoVadis, and CSRD
  • Review corrective action plans and support document validation
  • Coordinate EHS&S inputs for CSRrelated Form 10K disclosures
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and EHS teams
  • Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements

Scope & Impact

  • Supports disclosures used by customers, regulators, investors, and rating agencies
  • Impacts sustainability ratings, compliance posture, and RFP responses
  • Contributes to business risk and reputation management

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CSR / ESG reporting frameworks and regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using reporting and collaboration tools
  • Workiva experience preferred
  • Power BI or analytics experience is a plus
