Role Summary:

The Sustainability Analyst supports Xerox's climate, product sustainability, and regulatory compliance initiatives by providing technical sustainability analysis, responding to customer and stakeholder inquiries, and contributing to enterprise sustainability reporting. The role works cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, legal, and sales teams to quantify environmental impacts, support lifecycle assessments, and help the organization meet evolving global sustainability requirements.

Functional / Technical Competencies:

  • Sustainability data analysis and reporting
  • Product sustainability and lifecycle assessment (LCA) concepts
  • Greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting fundamentals
  • Environmental, energy, and emissions data analysis
  • Regulatory research and sustainability compliance tracking
  • Proficiency in Excel or equivalent data analysis tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer, sales, and stakeholder inquiries related to product sustainability, environmental attributes, and regulatory requirements
  • Support preparation of sustainability content for proposals, questionnaires, and disclosures
  • Assist in product lifecycle assessments, including data collection, modeling support, and interpretation
  • Perform sustainability calculations related to energy use, materials, emissions, and lifecycle impacts
  • Support greenhouse gas inventory data collection, validation, and database maintenance
  • Track and summarize sustainability‑related regulations and standards impacting products and operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Key Outputs / Tangible Results:

  • Accurate and timely responses to sustainability and regulatory inquiries
  • Lifecycle assessment support materials and sustainability calculations
  • Maintained sustainability databases and GHG data sets
  • Regulatory summaries and compliance support documentation
  • Sustainability content for customer engagements and internal reporting

Organizational Strategies & Objectives:

  • Support Xerox's enterprise sustainability, climate, and product responsibility goals
  • Enable customer‑facing sustainability solutions and disclosures
  • Ensure data quality, regulatory awareness, and continuous improvement in sustainability reporting
  • Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration on sustainability initiatives

Relevant Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in a sustainability‑related or technical discipline
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Familiarity with sustainability metrics, environmental data, or GHG concepts
  • Ability to interpret technical data and communicate it clearly to non‑technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Excel or equivalent data tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Nice to Haves:

  • Master's degree (or ongoing studies) in Environmental Sustainability or Environmental Engineering
  • Exposure to lifecycle assessment tools or methodologies
  • Familiarity with sustainability regulations, standards, or reporting frameworks
  • Experience supporting sustainability data requests or customer inquiries

Role Considerations:

  • Regular day shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Full onsite initially; hybrid work arrangement upon regularization
  • Role based at Lexmark Plaza 2, Cebu
  • Strong collaboration with local and global stakeholders required
