JOB SUMMARY:
The Survey Admin will be responsible for managing communication with dealers to gather insights and feedback.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct daily calls to dealers to gather insights and specific feedback, documenting both positive and negative responses.
- Research dealer-related issues in Microsoft Dynamics and provide actionable feedback to all associated teams.
- Maintain attention to detail in documenting results for Operations to follow up on and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Enter data into the CRM system and Excel; utilize Power BI and Lanter's FMTP site for advanced reporting and data visualization.
- Collaborate with Customers and Account Management to generate internal and external reports, effectively communicating results to stakeholders.
- Demonstrate persistence in reaching out to dealers to maximize response rates and ensure transparency in findings.
- Follow up with Operations on issues, root causes, and accountability for implementing countermeasures.
- Analyze data trends with customers, FXD, and districts, providing comprehensive insights to all stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and CRM systems.
- Advanced skills in MS office tools including Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to document and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A resilient and proactive attitude, especially in reaching out to dealers for feedback.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.
