Position: Support Specialist - IT Services and Sales

Provide general IT support services in a flexible workspace environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general IT support services in a serviced office environment with mostly multi-national clients.
  • Prepare IT Quotation to clients based on their requirements
  • Handle IT support needs of local internal teams
  • Co-Ordinate with local IT vendors
  • Manage L1 & L2 Tickets
  • Maintain local IT Inventory & Documentation

Key Performance Indicators/Job Requirements

Primary Technical Skills

  • Experiences with Cisco & Rujie LAN support/troubleshooting
  • Experiences with Microsoft Windows, Mac and/or Linux desktop operating systems in a network
  • Knowledge in MS Office suits, Apple and Android smart devices support

Secondary Technical Skills (Optional)

  • IP Telephony deployment or maintenance experience
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration and support

Who are we looking for:

Qualifications

Ideally, the individual must possess at least three of the following qualifications

  • Higher Diploma in Computing or Bachelor Degree in Science or above
  • At least 3-5 years experience in front line IT support in a multi-national company
  • Current Microsoft Certified Software Engineer (MCSE) accreditation
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) accreditation

  • Good English communication skills
  • Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical ability
  • Pro-active, able to anticipate and tackle potential issues
  • Service oriented business approach
  • Ability to deal with global business users at all levels

  • Ability to work independently & A Self starter
  • Relationship building across all local departments
  • Initiate & Identify IT Services opportunities, reporting to immediate supervisor
