The Support Associate shall be responsible for the monitoring of the productivity of the cluster or team, ensuring collection process is being followed and collection targets are being achieved.
Responsibilities
- Ensures adherence to Service Level Agreement and Turn-Around-Time;
- Assists MC-CI Unit in maintaining a sound organizational structure through the bank policies and procedures;
- Monitors distribution to and timely submission of Field and Tele CI assignments;
- Coordinates with Third Party Service Providers;
- Ensure Field and Tele CI reports are submitted to correct recipients,
- Upload CIR and Selfie photos to NEBULA-CAISHEN LOS, if manual uploading requires.
- Act as support to MoCa Admin function in absence of MC CI Unit Head
- Assist MC CI Supervisor on credit items, non-related items, special assignments, as the need arises.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course
- Preferably with relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Willing to do field work
- Has valid Driver's license
