Job Description

The Support Associate shall be responsible for the monitoring of the productivity of the cluster or team, ensuring collection process is being followed and collection targets are being achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures adherence to Service Level Agreement and Turn-Around-Time;
  • Assists MC-CI Unit in maintaining a sound organizational structure through the bank policies and procedures;
  • Monitors distribution to and timely submission of Field and Tele CI assignments;
  • Coordinates with Third Party Service Providers;
  • Ensure Field and Tele CI reports are submitted to correct recipients,
  • Upload CIR and Selfie photos to NEBULA-CAISHEN LOS, if manual uploading requires.
  • Act as support to MoCa Admin function in absence of MC CI Unit Head
  • Assist MC CI Supervisor on credit items, non-related items, special assignments, as the need arises.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • Preferably with relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application
  • Willing to do field work
  • Has valid Driver's license
