Role Description The Support and Services Sr. Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rizal. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day support activities in the plant and cold storage facility, including responding to service requests, coordinating with operations teams, and ensuring timely resolution of technical and customer issues. The role involves monitoring service performance, analyzing recurring problems, and recommending improvements to processes and workflows. The Sr. Specialist will interact with clients, document service activities, prepare reports, and guide junior staff in maintaining service standards. This individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant operations, uphold safety and compliance requirements, and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions for operational and service-related issues.
  • Candidates should possess solid Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting routine plant or system issues and coordinating with technical teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and management, and to prepare clear documentation and reports.
  • Candidates should possess Supervisory Skills to guide support staff, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and help maintain service standards within the facility.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage concerns professionally, and ensure a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant experience in plant operations, logistics, cold storage, or a related industrial environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Rizal, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with basic safety, compliance, and quality control practices in an operational facility is an advantage.
