Job Description

You are a problem-solver who takes ownership of challenges and thrives on understanding how systems, data, and workflows connect. You are naturally curious, detail-oriented, and bring strong written communication skills to help both clients and internal teams navigate complex processes.

In this role, you will support our insurance product by managing data, resolving issues, and ensuring accuracy across our systems and integrations. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance workflows, supporting client success, and improving operational efficiency while delivering a high-quality, professional experience through written communication and system-based interactions.

As a Support Analyst on the Insurance Operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and validating insurance-related data, supporting client accounts, and helping ensure our product operates smoothly and accurately. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, compliance tracking, and overall program success.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, operations, or software support preferred
  • Experience working with data entry, data validation, or system-based workflows
  • Experience working with ticketing systems such as Salesforce
  • Basic SQL or data analysis experience for investigation purposes
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes and resolutions
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative mindset
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems, tools, and databases
  • Experience in property management, insurance, or real estate software is a plus

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Accurately review, update, and maintain insurance-related data within internal systems and client platforms
  • Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies, errors, and system issues
  • Track and document all updates, actions, and resolutions in accordance with internal processes
  • Support integration workflows by reviewing and reconciling data between systems (e.g., carrier feeds, PMS platforms)
  • Maintain high productivity standards, including meeting defined data processing and quality benchmarks
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Client Success, Product, Operations) to resolve issues and improve workflows
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives, including identifying trends and recommending solutions
