Your Role

Be part of our client's team as a Support Analyst, where you will troubleshoot and resolve client issues, monitor system performance, manage expectations, and foster strong client relationships. You will test, document, and coordinate system updates while collaborating across teams to ensure smooth, efficient real estate technology operations.

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off

Work setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite), Ortigas

Salary: PHP 40,000 - PHP 60,000

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience researching and resolving client issues
  • Experience in accounting and background in facilities management
  • Experience in software testing and troubleshooting
  • Flexibility and passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, define deliverables, and meet deadlines
  • Professional image and appearance
  • Fluency in English

Preferred

  • Knowledge of SQL and relational database structures
  • Technical proficiency
  • Experience in real estate, facilities management, or capital/project management

Core Responsibilities

  • Understand functional and technical aspects of the Occupier product suite
  • Test client issues to determine root cause
  • Track and resolve client issues using MRI support tool
  • Monitor issues to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements
  • Attend client status meetings to review open issues
  • Manage client expectations effectively and proactively
  • Foster positive client relationships to ensure retention
  • Document issue resolutions and confirm client understanding for case closure
  • Perform system training and knowledge transfer with internal personnel
  • Participate in Transition to Support meetings for successful handover from implementation
  • Log, test, track, and coordinate deployment activities
  • Perform system testing to achieve successful upgrades
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions
  • Adhere to internal policies and Information Security Management requirements
