SUPPLY PLANNING SUPERVISOR

Job Purpose: Responsible in the timely and accurate stock replenishment to Philippine Market Distribution Centers.

Responsibilities:

• Generate actual monthly shipments and Fill Rate Report for the Management.
• Deliver business revenue targets by Ensuring consistent supply in the right quantities at the right locations, at all times
• Calculate net material requirements and confirm Raw and Packaging Materials availability to fulfil production plans
• Align with Producer on the production plan details and achieve consensus on the schedule
• Execute Production and Material Procurement Plans
• Manage stock exceptions and measure actual attainment
• Contribute in reducing Working Capital by precisely executing supply plans
• Drives continuous improvement in Supply Planning operations by use of KPIs & other measures to achieve flawless execution and cost savings

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Engineering course
• Relevant exposure on Demand Planning/ Distribution & Transportation/ Factory operations, Inventory and Material Management/ Customer Service would be preferred
