Supply Planning Specialist

The role is responsible for managing product deletion (NOD) activities, monitoring inventory and supply chain loss exposure, providing risk and reporting insights, and ensuring strong stakeholder coordination and operational discipline across supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Notice of Deletion (NOD) Management

• Manage end-to-end NOD activities for products scheduled for deletion.
• Track actions, dependencies, and timelines to ensure smooth SKU run-down.
• Monitor and escalate risks, exceptions, and outstanding actions.

2. Supply Chain Loss Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and maintain accurate inventory and supply chain loss reports.
• Analyze supply chain loss exposure, including SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory) risks.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decision-making.
• Provide visibility into forward-looking inventory and deletion risks.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive NOD execution and issue resolution.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and action plans clearly and professionally.
• Deliver a strong customer and service-oriented experience while maintaining process compliance.

4. Controls, Compliance & Documentation

• Adhere to SOPs, controls, and escalation procedures.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Support process reviews and updates to standard operating procedures.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Recommend improvements to workflows, reporting, and communications.
• Support reporting enhancements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Drive proactive issue management and process optimization.

Key Requirements:

1. Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Relevant inventory management, reporting, or business operations training is preferred.

2.Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
• Inventory analysis

3.Supply chain operations

• Product deletion/NOD processes
• Operational or reporting-focused roles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experience with inventory analysis, risk reporting, and process-driven environments.
• Shared Services/GBS experience is advantageous.

4.Technical & Functional Skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain loss concepts.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using ERP, reporting, or planning systems.
• Ability to work within defined processes, controls, and service levels.

5.Behavioral Competencies
