Supply Planning Officer

The Supply Planning Officer will play a critical role in managing materials. He / She is responsible for overseeing and managing the timing of deliveries, maintaining stock levels, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. This role combines data analytics, cross functional collaboration, inventory position, and ensuring materials are available in at any given time. Supply Planner will support company's objective and operational execution to support the company's growth and cost efficiency goals.

Supply Planning:

• Ensuring materials are available at all times and within Days Coverage (DC) Target.
• Provides delivery schedule to vendor, warehouse and QA and accounting (as needed).
• Manage inventory expiration thru checking of inventory status, usage and distribution to store.
• Includes additional requirement of new stores, new marketing campaign, alternative materials and other strategies in making Supply Plan.
• Working closely with Demand planning, purchasing and marketing departments to understand future product demand.
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
• Identifying and addressing any issues that might disrupt supply.
• Coordinating with manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and vendors.
• Monitoring supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of Supply Chain related courses, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
2. With at least 3years experience in Supply Chain from Food & Beverage Industry
3. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
4. Strong project management & analytical skill
5. Must be willing to work onsite
