We're looking for a detail-oriented and agile Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join our team and support day-to-day warehousing and transportation operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth transactional processes, timely reporting, and continuous improvement across our supply chain services.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Provide operational support for warehousing and transportation activities, including routine tasks, ad hoc requests, and control/reporting functions
- Manage inventory and transportation data through accurate tracking files and dashboards
- Oversee warehouse operations such as stock management, Loss on Goods Damaged (LOGD) reporting, and import coordination
- Monitor and track shipments, plan routes, and manage system transactions, including month-end shipments and budget tracking
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations and Power BI dashboards for weekly and monthly operational meetings
- Analyze forecasted volumes by brand, account, and channel segment, and compare against historical and actual volumes
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues with quick workarounds
- Document processes and conduct knowledge transfers during service migrations and onboarding of new affiliates
- Participate in system improvement initiatives and act as a key user in testing and project implementation
Who We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, finance, or commercial functions
- University or postgraduate degree in a relevant field
- Proven knowledge of supply chain processes and FMCG dynamics
- Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI experience is a plus
- Agile mindset with a drive to challenge the status quo
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Russian and English to thrive in a multicultural set-up
- Ability to manage internal and external customer relationships
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on standardization and automation
- Strong team player with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently
- Effective time management skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Work Schedule and Location
- Generally Mondays to Fridays on a hybrid work arrangement
- Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office
