We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Supply Chain and Inventory Operations Specialist. This role is designed for a NetSuite-proficient professional who can master the complexities of SKU data, container logistics, and inventory financial control. You will serve as a central coordinator between vendors, warehouses, and compliance partners to ensure that our supply chain remains accurate, compliant, and efficient.
Core Responsibilities
Inventory & Data Integrity
- Manage SKU master data, compliance records, and product certifications within NetSuite.
- Maintain Floorscore certificates and laboratory testing records, ensuring all SKU data is validated before transmission to global teams.
- Oversee warehouse compliance, including pest control and termite inspection scheduling.
Logistics & Container Tracking
- Monitor container status from port arrival through delivery, auditing delivery orders and drayage status.
- Coordinate container assignments and manage the timely pull-out of empty containers with drayage providers.
- Track delivery appointments until containers are officially marked as received.
Returns, Claims & Disputes
- Process Return Authorizations (RA) by validating warehouse receipts and item condition codes.
- Monitor vendor-approved claims, updating NetSuite case records and filing per diem discrepancy claims.
- Track and manage dispute records within SharePoint, ensuring all documentation is centralized and accessible.
Financial Control & Reporting
- Audit weekly invoices and reconcile them within NetSuite.
- Perform rigorous cycle count matching between physical stock and system records.
- Process inventory transfers and generate monthly reports on return values for the accounting team.
Qualifications
Required Experience & Education
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Mastery:NetSuite experience is strictly required. Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools is essential.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years in a supply chain, logistics, or inventory management role.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Analytical Rigor: Excellent mathematical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Coordination: Proven ability to manage cross-team workflows and build trusting relationships with vendors and warehouse staff.
- Detail Orientation: High level of accuracy in record-keeping, container tracking, and financial auditing.
- Tools: Familiarity with AVAYA systems and supply chain certifications are considered significant advantages.
