Job Description

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for supporting the Senior Supply Chain Manager with data management, analysis, and reporting. Contribute to supply chain operations by implementing programs and initiatives aligned with company strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate on project implementations, process development, improvements, and issue resolutions.

The role includes:

  • Data Management and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Operational Support: Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving supply chain issues in a timely manner.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain operations particularly in purchasing, planning, warehouse and inventory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and analyze data across Planning, Production, Warehousing, and Logistics functions.
  • Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Alabang.
