Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or logistics operations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data modeling).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and operational metrics.
- Proactive approach to process improvement and cost optimization.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or fast-moving consumer products.
- Experience at Uniqlo or a similar fast-fashion retailer is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Understanding of multi-channel retail operations (stores + e-commerce).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 5PM
