Overview of the role but not limited to:

• Manage end-to-end Notice of Deletion activities for in-scope items, ensuring actions are coordinated and progressed effectively.
• Track NOD-related actions, dependencies, and timelines to support orderly run-down of to-be-deleted SKUs.
• Prepare and maintain reporting across in-scope supply chain loss and inventory-related requirements, ensuring data is accurate and timely.
• Monitor loss risks, exceptions, and open actions, escalating issues where required.
• Provide reporting and analysis related to supply chain loss exposure, including SLOB risk and forward-looking inventory or deletion considerations.
• Maintain visibility of trends, open risks, and relevant actions that support stronger decision-making.
• Support stakeholders by highlighting supply chain loss issues, risks, and required follow-up actions in a clear and practical way.
• Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, reliable, and aligned with agreed expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, Logistics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in inventory analysis, supply chain operations, product deletion processes, or related operational roles.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge, including how inventory and loss-related activity connects with planning, logistics, and broader supply chain performance.
• Experience working with stakeholders in a process-driven environment preferred.
• Experience in shared services, GBS, or delivery centre environments is an advantage.
• With no issues and concerns reporting onsite 100%. Candidates who live nearby our offices will have better advantage.
• With no issues and concerns working on day shifts, shifting schedules and split offs as necessary, working on holidays and weekends.
