Principal Responsibilities
- Manages procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics operations.
- Develops and implements strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Forecasts material requirements and optimizes inventory levels.
- Coordinates with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitors supply chain performance and drives continuous improvement.
- Leads and develops the supply chain team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Strong vendor and supplier network for raw materials and equipment.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain best practices.
- Proficient in data analysis and supply chain systems.
